Your guests help themselves to the hot and cold foods that our staff will arrange on the buffet table. There are other styles of service available at an additional charge. Since we are a full service caterer, our staff will set up, maintain and clean up the serving area. Our staff will also be on hand to carve the meats and clear the dining tables for your guests.

All of the above quoted prices are based on parties of 100 or more and do not include sales tax or a 18% Service Charge. California state law requires that these services are to be taxed.
We will travel to any location, but we do charge extra depending upon distance and event timeline. Weddings usually require additional on site labor fees due to extended service time on site.
Prices are not guaranteed until there is a signed contract. The Buckhorn will make every effort to maintain the prices quoted in this information packet, however, market changes in combination with the Buckhorn’s efforts to provide our customers with the freshest and finest products may cause fluctuations in prices.
Due to the fact that your catering event is based on per person pricing, we will need to know the final number of meals you are requesting prior to your event. This is called a GUARANTEE.
2 weeks prior to your event we will require a minimum guarantee. You may not reduce this number once it is given to us.
1 week before your event we will require your final guarantee. This is the number of meals you will be billed for, unless the Buckhorn serves over this number the day of your event. In this situation you will be billed for the actual number served. The Buckhorn will prepare and bring an extra 5% over your final guarantee. It is imperative that you provide us with your final guarantee. It will help us both from going through the experience of running out of food.
There is a $250.00 non refundable date hold deposit that must be received before your date will be logged on the calendar. This deposit will be applied to the 75% required with a signed contract. The Signed Contract should be received at least one month prior to event. Final payment for private events (non corporate) is due at the time final guarantee is provided, one week prior to event. If for any reason the event is canceled or rained out 48 hours prior, the 75% deposit will be held to cover expenses already incurred by The Buckhorn.
